Has the idea that you can hold two ideas at once to consider before adopting one no longer exisit?

Or is it now more important to be a drone and adapt quickly to what your political affiliation, spiritual group, educational leaders, or friends tell you?
It seems we raised a generation of nonthinkers.
A meme becomes the religious text, a political leader a god; we are brainwahed instead of educated, and corrupt spritual leaders use religion as bullet points instead of being spirtual shepherds and guides and we call it good without considering what is beign said- it is enough that our paticular affliation has put out the idea.
Complying without reflection is lazy at best and dangerous at worst.
