The Race to Slow Down, and Eventually Halt, the Ageing Process

I sometimes wonder if by the time I get to 70 or so years of age, my generation will be the first to know what it's like to see the ageing process halted, and then reversed, due to the phenomenal advances that are now being made in medicine and genetics.
If treatments for old age become available (and just as importantly, affordable), I'm not so sure I'd take advantage of them. This may sound strange to some, but I don't want to live forever, or even to the age of 150. I'm having enough trouble as it is adapting to how the world is now, so can you imagine how weird things will be when the year 2100 arrives?

@MrBrownstone Oh, I'M the "troll" because I don't accept a bizarre claim without any evidence forthcoming from the one who made the original claim. Right, sure. 🙄
