What is the longest amount of time you have been awake?

There’s probably a good story behind why you have been awake. I mean, no one stays up for days just out of boredom. Plus, people get a bit loopy after being up for a long time, so probably there are some funny stories in there too. So lets hear some.

Mine were in the Army and lets say 36 plus hours while on maneuvers it sucked but when the action started and your adrenaline dumped what a rush, and OMG how exhausting once the adrenaline and endorphins dropped. I have never slept so hard and in the dirtiest and nastiest places in my life when we did get to sleep. It amazed me how hard it was for some guys to recover and wake up once they had fell asleep, like they just said fuck it kill me I am going to sleep no matter what happens.
