As another has already suggested, antidepressants can help. See a GP, have a chat. It's good to talk. If you don't fancy that road, still try to talk. To family and friends. There is simple breathing meditation, instructions easily found on google. Keep at it, Rome wasn't built in a day. The benefits of a quieter mind will gradually become apparent.

Stay strong, be positive, nothing lasts forever. There is sunshine ahead - life is full of surprises and unexpected blessings.

All the best.

Honestly I feel that way sometimes. Though I don't have access to antidepressants like the comments down there have suggested, try making time. Maybe try to clear out everything else, and make time for yourself to relax. It may seem like a big task and you may not know where to start but do the little things, then start working your way up.
I felt the same way and my doctor prescribed me with an antidepressant and Xanax and it kinda helps. Talk to your doctor
