Love it when I can’t sleep, cause my mind wants to play the same flashback over and over again, like a fucking horror movie!!

So now when I close my eyes, I not only see everything happening but I also feel like I’m back there, so I open my eyes. But then I focus on my heart beating too fast and how dry my throat feels…
