When did this place start dying?

I used to use this website several years ago, it was never big but and now it really seems to be on life support. What happened?

It started dying the moment it was born.. it's a haunted house now..

What happened?
It's just a shady backyard alley for people to pee and engage in graffiti and expose their shady side.
