He texted me and we texted back and forth. It made me too happy

Then I realized. We only texted for 2 minutes. Exact 2 minutes. Then the conversation was dead.
This is how pathetic I am. At this point he's feeding me morsels and I'm taking them because to my dumb borderline brain morsels are better than starving altogether.
Damn I'm fcked up.

I dont think your fucked up. I think your just hurt and keep going to the same source for comfort when its no longer serving you. Sometimes you just have to let go. It hurts. But it gets better.
