Fibro flares
Today is one of those days where I feel fatigued and cannot do much but I am being kind to myself and listening to my body.
Fibromyalgia is awful the pain today isn’t so bad but I think that’s because of amitriptaline I take which I think is making me put on weight which I’m not happy about.
I am really not in the mood to be around people and Havant even been going out to dance or speak or see anyone.
I do feel lonely some days but at the same time I just know I have to put myself first and today is one of those days where I’m being a total introvert.
