I cooked professionally myself years ago, only one item was ever returned, because the server put in their order wrong. When the server tried saying she put it in right and blamed it on me, the gm showed her the computerized copy and fired her on the spot. She tried claiming I broiled the filet mignon medium well on purpose to make her look bad, her order said 8oz filet, butterflied, med. well, it was for room service for the hotel.
