This puzzles me

Today is 14 years since my mother died, and for the first time since that day (when there was a crippling blizzard), it isn't snowing on this date.

Something for me to ponder as I go out to the cemetary.

It's 4 months since my mother died and there's not a single day, I didn't go to her cemetery to talk to her.
