Had a minor scare today

Ended up going to the hospital to be safe. I am fine and the baby is fine.

We've made it almost 18 weeks without any complications whatsoever and this hardly counts as one. But I'm still really emotional about it. Hard memories, I guess.

Please just let me have a healthy baby and let me be around to raise her. 🥺

I think they're planning on taking her a little bit early to be on the safe side but we don't have a date yet. Maybe I'll know in a week or so.

@Mamapolo2016 it's good to know these are "normal" things to deal with. They still want to run some tests next week to be sure but I'm told I shouldn't worry. Thank you ❤️❤️

I'm glad everything went okay.
I can imagine this must have been traumatic, but bear in mind the worst things we fear rarely happen. Like Hanni said, hopefully the next time you're there it's to deliver.

Pregnancy is scary, I had a breakthrough bleed at 18 weeks, or maybe more with my daughter, was so scared, it was bright fresh blood, I really thought, it's over, I was hours in the hospital and they were probably more cautious with me as, I have also experienced loss.

But happily

she's 14 now..💖

@SW-User That's what happened with me and my blood pressure dropped very low. I was sure it was the end. But she's fine and I'm told this is fairly normal.

I've been feeling her move all day. She is very active lol. That helps with the anxiety too.

I really hope the next time you will have to visit the hospital is the day you will be delivering that little one.

You worry the whole 9 months you have your babe inside of you and once you deliver a whole other type of worrying starts.

Wouldn’t change it for minute though.
