Eh. Attention comes in many different forms. We share info all the time - for validation and assurance. He just crossed the line, as he said, and asked too many questions when he should have just validated.

I'm the same. My eldest 21 just gone back to uni so made sure he had the essentials to go back with. Also giving him money every week just so I know he's okay for food etc.
Children are for life, not just til they reach 18. I'll be exactly the same with my youngest two. My children will always be my babies and I'll always be here for them.

@SimplyMeChantou You're so very welcome, I am currently living in iowa, and have live here off and on since 1988, and have had to deal with these heartless, incompetent, morons for many decade, and sadly my mother is one of them, so I know those people very well. They love to act like a friend while stabbing you in the back, they love to do their own thing, you can see how how he reacted to my chastisement.
