Hand pulled noodles!

I drove to the end of town where there is a large asian population. Took me about 45/50 minutes from where I live. I stocked up on some goods from the market I was in need of because if I'm making the journey I better make it worthwhile. I want to say too when did they start putting japanese style arcades out here? I haven't been in one of those in ages. I spotted a gashapon shop also. I know I haven't been out that way since summer but wow where did this come from?

I went to a noodlehouse for dinner that advertised hand pulled noodles. They weren't kidding I saw them being made while waiting to be seated. I ordered Zhajiangmian noodles and they were worth the journey. I also got an order of steamed dumplings which put my own to shame. Needless to say I am taking notes.... I've lost my touch with dumpling making over the years.
