Do you prevent yourself from saying certain things

because it's not socially acceptable or do you not care?

lol I found this example on urban dictionary
"I dont talk about fisting turkeys during thanksgiving dinner, thats not socially acceptable"
I think I need to be a bit more "socially acceptable"

So, if you need to be more socially acceptable what sorts of things have you said which make you feel this way?
@shaelan my friend told me I should work at a mental hospital and I said "that's like working with retarded kids. They low key make me uncomfortable." I'm sure I could have said that better but I just what came to my mind when she said that.

@Stark So you're being straight up and that probably cuts through a lot of bullshit too.
Maybe not when talking to someone you might wind up working for/with or your S.O.'s parents but perhaps you just need to invest in a good filter. :)
@shaelan I've always been told I needed a filter.

@Stark You're just waiting until you find the right one.
@shaelan right one for what?

@Stark For your freely-flowing word hole, of course.
@shaelan 🤔

@Stark You probably want one that matches your mouth? Fits properly? Doesn't taste like... nevermind, I digress.
@shaelan are you talking about a penis ? Or are you talking about a boyfriend ? lol I'm sorry but I'm so lost. 😐

@Stark No I was talking about my penis. - but not really, since you just gave me that idea.

I was referring to filters. You're still looking for the right one for you - a search that could take a lifetime. =D
