@MikefromEP everyone is, to a degree. Hence why we can feel embarrassment or shyness. Infants don't experience that, but a toddler may.
Introspection. Get to know yourself. Pay attention to your surroundings and how you affect those around you. Things like this. I'm not saying you can become totally self-aware and know even unspoken thoughts people have about you, but you can become more aware of yourself.
