What subject not taught in school do you feel should be?

What would you have wanted to learn, or at least get a foundation to in school that you did not?

We had a course called "Family Life" that had a day or two dedicated to everyday adult things like balancing a checkbook, writing a resume and interviewing for a job. I think that sort of thing (updated for the 21st century) would be helpful.
