What subject not taught in school do you feel should be?

What would you have wanted to learn, or at least get a foundation to in school that you did not?

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: I think they should bring back Latin, rhetoric, and penmanship. Kids don't even have signatures anymore here.

@puck61: Or spelling. :D But yeah I do agree, we're losing that art of penmanship.
