Genetic sexual attraction (GSA) is a term for an overwhelming sexual attraction that may develop between close blood relatives. So GSA provides an explanation of why cousins may be attracted to each other but plainly in even asking the question you recognise that there is a problem of inbreeding. So no it is not ok and counselling would seem appropriate.

Well, according to The Ancient Greeks there are 6 types of Love of which sexual attraction is part of one or two: eros and ludos. Here are the 6 types:
Eros: Love of the body. Eros was the Greek God of love and sexual desire. ...
Philia: Love of the mind. Also know as brotherly love, Philia represents the sincere and platonic love. ...
Ludus: Playful love. ...
Pragma: Longstanding love. ...
Agape: Love of the soul. ...
Philautia: Love of the self.
Eros or sexual attraction is where Pragma begins I guess.
Cousins could discuss with a (genetic) counsellor eros and Philia and agape as familial platonic love.
