Genetic sexual attraction (GSA) is a term for an overwhelming sexual attraction that may develop between close blood relatives. So GSA provides an explanation of why cousins may be attracted to each other but plainly in even asking the question you recognise that there is a problem of inbreeding. So no it is not ok and counselling would seem appropriate.
