Which is type of Crush situation is the worst?

Having a crush on someone who does not know you exist...
Or crushing on someone who knows you exist, knows you have a crush on them... but still treat you like you don't exist?

3rd option - Being in love with someone who's fully without a doubt knows it, only they seem to feed on it. They throw you little cracker crumbs of hope, but only at their convenience.

The second. At least with the first you can always imagine there is some hope. With the second you're being treated like dirt so you have to ask why you have the crush.
