Do you ever worry someone will come running in to rob you when you are in the shower? I have this recurring thought. What is that?

something you have got into you mind which is not really rational. you need to try to replace the thought with a more realistic one. this can take a bit a bit of time but it works. Disassociate having a shower with a robbery.

Maybe i feel vulnerable naked. And so then I have anxiety.

Keep a handgun in the bathroom.
