Do People Confuse Your Kindness As Flirtatious?

This is more accurate for me. I am horrible at knowing someone's intentions. Unless they are straight blunt about it I think they are just being friendly and find out later they were flirting. I have friend zoned some pretty good women because my vibe picker upperer is shit.
