Well someone who has an unusual fetish is always a pervert but someone who is a pervert doesn't always have an unusual fetish.
I suppose the real question to ask is, with everyone being so tolerant and accepting of all the unusual fetishes discussed on SW, does that make them acceptable and natural and so no longer perverse ?

@Babylon: I think so since people with a fetish don't have a choice in the matter, they just get one for very complex reasons, just like some people are gay, we don't really fully understand why but we do know it is just something that happened not chosen. But on the other hand fetish has a dark side, sometimes involving things non consensual and we have to condemn those actions.
