What's the difference between a Perv and someone with an unusual Fetish?

@Justme4321: I disagree. Squeezing a rubber duck while having sex on plush toys could be a fetish to someone but it doesn't harm anyone, pervs are more of exhibitionists and like to show off their fetishes.
