If you turn a blind eye to those that are blind to your thoughts.. does this make you blind as well?

in a sense i thinkit does, i believe it makes us all relatively "blind" to some degree. but i also feel that some sense of blindness may actually be necessary to succeed in certain parts of life. i dig this question, good on you Mike!
