Anyone know why?

So, I went to my school counselor for the first time the other day. I thought we were going to talk about stress and nerves/anxiousness, but instead she made me colour in for an hour? Is this maybe a way to cope or something? I we t to speak to her.

Colouring is a good way to relieve your stress and tension.
It's also an indicator as to how stressed you are.
if the shading goes all one way it shows that you're concentrating on the task at hand. If your shading is at all angles it's clear your mind is elsewhere.
That's the theory.
Was she not chatting to you while you worked ?

Coloring alleviates stress, but she should have talked to you before she decided coloring was the way to go?

She apparently thinks I have anxiety from that one session that we didn't really even speak in
