What do you on someone who could just say sorry in a very easy way when they have done the worst?

Wow? Just like that? I feel they don't admit their faults..but just for the sake of sorry :/

Why do we judge their feelings and get defensive when they judge ours?

I'd just forgive, move on and observe if they make the same mistake again.
