Why do they complain their azzez off?

Helped a coworker move their relative into a college dorm (because I had a truck). The students complained that we propped the door open, then they complained that we buzzed in every time and should just prop the door open. Then one students parents started complaining about which side of the room their son wanted, people were cussing each other out and somebody called the cops.
