Scared of feeling happy
I'm scared cause happiness feels like temporary for me, I'm scared I will never be happy again, have you ever feel like this?

Happiness is not something to be scared about and you can achieve that which you seek, but your heart, mind and spirit must be ready to receive it. If you are not ready, what you seek will pass you by and you won't even have known it was there.
