Take a breath, step back, consider the angles... and then punch them instead 馃榾

How do you remember to do that though? When I'm in the moment, I don't remember. At all.

@Pimpedcheerios88: Well, I was being serious up until the punching bit...

It's just a case of practice really. I used to have a foul temper flying off the handle at the slightest thing. But now I am far more relaxed, mature I guess you would call it. Ultimately I realised that a majority of things are just not that important. Certainly not important enough to lose your head over.

Yeah. I think that does come with age and maturity sometimes. It's hard for me to just let go of my own mistakes and to not get worked up about stuff. Especially if I really care about the person. Also, I'm just really scared of becoming my dad.

@Pimpedcheerios88: A fear I share

@Quizzical: I just know that I have that protectiveness and passionate anger and openly emotional super sensitive person in me and I know those things together aren't really that great.

@Pimpedcheerios88: Knowing is half the battle though. You can't work on something if you are unaware of it. You've identified a potential problem, so maybe you can now look at anger management techniques
