How do you keep living when you're already dead inside?
This has got to be the most difficult question I've had to answer so far in my time as a student counselor. 😢

Been there at rock bottom, so I know what it feels like. You live one minute, one hour, one day at a time.
How'd you get through it?

One minute at a time at times, then as my life started becoming better little by little, one hour, then one day at a time. And calling the suicide crisis line, checking myself into the hospital, and good friends also helped me get through. Damn but that was one rough patch!!
