Do you ever feel nothing for a long time?

These past few weeks when I'm alone, i feel absolutely nothing. I don't want to do any of my hobbies, i don't want to eat or sleep. I just feel like lying down and just....laying there forever. I feel nothing and I'm wondering if this means something. Do any of you have it too?

It does. Sometimes after work I just lay down on my bed. I don't feel hungry or sleepy or anything.
