I'm too shy to wear bikini. What can I do? How to be comfortable?

I feel so insecure about my body. It's my first time, because I'm conservative. But I want to boost my self-confidence.. :(

Put on the bikini and just get out there.It will help if others are with you also wearing bikinis.
