If one day you found out you had ADHD, how would you feel about that?

@Alex1610: Ah OK. That's pretty tough. I hope you'll look for medical assistance with it? (we had a woman in her 30s living with us for a year with ADHD & got to see how hard it hit her, and how huge a difference it made when she stayed on medications - I think hers was quite a severe version, because it seemed to be utterly disorienting & disabling when unmedicated).

@firefall: I'm trying not to get medication involved, coz I heard it goes with some side effects. Also, I'm afraid I might not be able to switch to other treatments if I stayed on medications

@Alex1610: Fair enough, so long as some treatment works for you :) IDK how common the side-effects are, Lisa seemed to not have any, but who can say :/
