I always leave it open, so the bathroom doesn't get steamed up.

I have a window in mine so I don't have steaming issues.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: I actually have a window in my bathroom, too. Alas, the fire escape, which my neighbors frequently use instead of the inside stairs to get to the ground floor, is right under it.
