Because we just don't have to see whats need to be done but ACT TOO when it comes to ourselves...

Sorry, I don't understand the sentense.

The fear for taking the steps it needs to.

Good point! :-)
It makes sense. When we suggest someone to do a change, we lack the fears that imply to make this change.
Because we are too close to the matter that's why we can't see the whole picture.

Ever hear of the mirror effect. The other person is you acting out what you need to see in you. :)

Yes, I see. But, in the cases where the similarity doesn't exist. You tend to see clearly what's that person problem. Could it be because you see it from the outside? With a colder head?

@twistermind: in my understanding there's subconcious stuff going on within each us that we're are not aware of. We can become aware of it with help. It takes willingness and effort to look at ourselves. Something that we see in others matches something within ourselves. Not exactly the same thing but similar.

The closer you are to something, the harder it is too see it clearly.

You mean that you are closer to another person than yourself?

@twistermind: no. to the problem. everything looks simple and easy at a distance. you don't have any of the details to weigh you down. sometimes getting back from a problem can help show you a path to a solution. if you're too close to many problems they look insurmountable. like forced perspective in disney makes it look like the magic kingdom goes on for hundreds of miles. but if you walk 5, you find the buildings are only 3 feet tall out there.
because in your own life you see and feel all the cracks. The little nuances and angels that make you question.
In their life you see the straightforward concern without all the other crap.
