Who here is not a cynic?

I like to try and see the good in everything. I still have hope for humanity. Not saying that towards those who are cynical but, as long as there is hope and a little bit of faith then there is still good even in the most questionable circumstances.

I almost took that first response from you as a cynical reply. But I didn't because I'm not a cynic, lol. I mean when I first read it, I thought you meant it sarcastically and then I re-read it. Thanks for reply.

@mamabutterfly: I am at the cusp of being what you are and a cynic. So I am not surprised you got mixed feelings with my response, lol. :) I know what it is like to be what you are. Don't change if you can help it.

That's a great perspective. You will get there, we each have our own journey and when you find your peak of happiness you will want to hold onto it tight so nothing can disrupt it for you. Then you will find yourself giving it away so freely, but it comes with balance too. Keep it guarded but dont give it to those who won't appreciate it. When you find your place, it will bring you a fulfillment that lightens any gloomy day.
