Have you ever read certain messages, or look at old photos, emails and take you back to that time?

I look back at some old photos or rarely at messages and feel embarrassed by how I was in the past. I am not the same person as I was back then though, and neither are the people that were around me so I try to just move on.

Rarely but if I miss someone I will. But I try to avoid going in the past, because I like to focus on the present.

mostly photos...sometimes messages. It feels good to go through those faded memories.

I don't live in the past

I used to. I don't do it so much anymore.

You don't have to live in the past, or course the present is what you live each day, but what if the past was good? Would you forget those memories and let them go forever? Like the birth of a child that passed away later on? Just an example!

Sometimes I look at them and remember that time, like that was a good holiday or I remember when that message made my day or ruined it. But I don't look to go back in time as such.

I rarely do that but I'm not particularly sentimental. I tend to look to the future...

I wouldn't if I had any.

Rarely
