It's good to hear, but not a necessity for me. I see the end result and compare it with where I began with and judge it for myself.

With favorism, corruption, lies and dishonesty in today's world, I no longer look for validation. Some never appreciate and some don't mean what they say, so I judge myself. My satisfaction matters the most to me. @Madeleine:
