Question for retirees

Do you now find it inconceivable to imagine working for some corporation and dealing with the day to day BS of meetings, software upgrades, weekly highlites, annual performance reviews and tons of online training for sensitivity, equality, sexual harassment and nondisclosure? And if you're an engineering manager, did you ever find yourself dealing with a distraught chinese enginner wanting to be elevated in rank or a drafter with no degree expecting to be called an engineer? Foreign engineers making up data, Or transferring engineers with insanely low compratios. What other B.S. do you no longer miss?
