It is easy to feel depressed, I get that way sometimes. To pull myself out of it, I just remember how I will not go hungry today, have an indoor place to stay and sleep, and things like running water, electricity, whatever.
Some people would give anything to be in our position.
People that live in war-infested countries, people living on the streets, in prison, etc.
The fact is, most of us do not know what real suffering even is.
