How old is your baby? and...Congrats on your new baby! As far as what you feel right now...a massive hormone shift from being a Preggy Peggy to being a milk Cow...Its not fun or fabulous, its part of the ride. Get off your own back for a few months. Once your milk dries up, then you can work on you...until then enjoy your little angel!

@glossyheart Aww! How precious. Its a little more difficult to undo what a pregnancy does to you, but its very doable. I felt the same way as you do right now.

Do you have the dad helping you out?
glossyheart · 22-25, F

It'll come.
Right now your body is probably in recovery mode.

Feed it what it needs.

Feed yourself what you need (mind.body.soul.)

Have you spoken to your medical provider about this? Might be post partum depression and there help for that

It's real

Sorry you are going through this
glossyheart · 22-25, F
@Pretzel i just started taking zoloft
Pretzel · 70-79, M
@glossyheart it'll take a while to get in your system but keep up with the provider. If that one doesn't work you can try others

Hope you are feeling better soon

Just remember, the way you feel right now is temporary. As it's been said "this too shall pass" and you'll wish your baby was that young again.

You'll lose the weight if you truly want to.

The rest - well, you have changed. You must accept that.
