Idgaf if you think it's talked about too much ...don't read then ....

So...you can have empathy and still be a narcissist...these traits are moveable ....

They can be empathetic cognitively but not emotionally...they can never put themselves in a place where they can walk in your shoes

Narcissism is on a spectrum
Yes you can have traits ..blah blah ...

They can fake empathy as a manipulation tactic ....

They will not be there for you emotionally...not without real help ...

If you enjoy breadcrumbs ...then good luck

Life is finite .....don't waste any more time on them ....or do it ...it's your life ...

I've been studying this for years because i have them in my own family and have attracted them ....no I'm not an empath just have been stupid with my choices but I've learned so much through this about me and about others

Luckily, my spidey sense was tingling almost from the get go. The love bombing, scheming and stagecrafting was one thing, but the monumental volume of BS being shoveled about was almost laughable. Heck, we (friends and I) still chuckle about it.

@eMortal I watched a vid by a confirmed narcissist who indicated he never had an intent to make others suffer. He was oblivious to the effect he had on others, and I truly believe that.
