Are you a problem solver or creator?

Hi, I hope everyone is having a good day.

Do you like solving problems? Like being challenged? Struggling to learn a new way of seeing and approaching problems? I do, I like being challenged, I like finding out I was wrong. It gives me room for growth. What I don't like is beating my head against a wall and not being able to overcome a difficult situation.

I get that some times walking away is how to solve the issue, but often it really is never solved.

What do you do when you can find a solution to a problem? Or when you feel discouraged about how to proceed?

Both at times😆
I really REALLY dislike being a problem solver, mostly coz im just so DAMN sick of it.

I used to dig it. It was a challenge.
When people would say "Oh nah, thats just like that, you can't fix it"...my brain would go "Wanna BET ?!". And it'd naturally just go into research mode and my stubbornness would switch on and it'd be FULL STEAM AHEAD CAP'N, solution mode engaged.

But you know what?
...no one gave a shit.

In fact, id go so far as to say ive caused more misery for myself, got more hidden angst from others, and basically wasted too much personal effort and time on fixing stuff... that others get the ungrareful benefit of, while i wreck myself energy and time wise.

So "yeah, nah'. I think I've burnt myself out on it.

I 💬 nk the only thing i use it for now is selfishly myself.

Im kinda at that point in life where....if i dont fix my own shit - no one else is gunna do it.

I'll keep trying, till the problem is resolved.
Should i get frustrated I'll walk away for awhile then back at it again.

I keep on it till it's resolved. If necessary, I may take a break from it but I'm committed to finding a solution.
