By helping strays here regularly. By being feminist, vegetarian and being very introspective and constantly improving myself.
By being a good ear and very understanding.
I used to underestimate my impact on people, saying it doesn't matter or they forget, but I was wrong. And this goes for almost everyone. I've done things that are almost meaningless to me, but meant a lot to someone in need.
