I certainly don't know of it, if it's been even ever said. I don't believe so though.
I have been mostly a loner most of my life. Yet not so in early adulthood.
The thing is that I let others into my life. I don't seek others out to be apart of my life. Nor do I hold on to those that wish to leave.
That is likely why I don't know.
Yes, the need for consent shows even in that. Don't expect me to be the dominant all the time. I do switch.
