Let that shit go.

Vengence, saddness, anger, remorse, regret, sorrow, loss, fear, anxiety, disgust, shame, gloomyness, guilt, resentment, jealousy, nostalgia, ....all that stuff needs to be let go.

I know they are all part of some primeval defence mechanism.....but now, i don't think we need them as much as we did.

Now i think they hold us back.

Totally!! letting go sounds simple until you realize some of these emotions are basically stubborn houseguests. My anxiety keeps RSVP’ing to every party I try to leave.

Right? Even after all the inner work, these emotions can still grab us unexpectedly. But hey, you notice it and keep showing up for yourself already means you’re making real progress. 😌♥
