why do some people who have an education ' think' they are better than you

it's just what i've experienced with people sometimes, had interactions where someone who has had higher education , maybe studied a lot and knows about things i don't, talks to me as if they ' think' they're somehow better? and they're not, i never had that opportunity, because i had learning disability's & other problems and dropped out of schooling....but i've come through a lot, and have great intelligence and know a lot of the things i talk about...and are just as good as the people who i talk to are, if not 'better'....because they most likely couldn't of coped with the life i've had.

so just wanted to make that point.
