are younger people or the current young generation the ones responsible for ruining our country, our society

i'm a traditionalist, old fashioned in my thinking and more akin with the boomers and i miss the old times and the way things used to be, i'm also catholic and christian.....and i remember the times i grew up in, which in the scale of history wasn't that long ago....in the 1980s, but things were so different then, we had no mass immigration problem...nor the PC or woke problems, the church and Christianity was still predominant, we had strong community's then.

now that way of life appears to be rapidly changing, we have social media now and exist in an age where we get instant ' news alerts' from around the globe, when we never used to have that.......and lots of people 'putting their oar in'.

and many of these young people now on sites like youtube etc, from what i see are the direct opposite of the old ways, the old traditions, christianity, religion and are constantly shouting their mouths off online and seem to be trying to tear our society down and take apart our ' old ways'....like a mass movement of young people trying to bring about a revolution, heading towards a post democratic society..they also align themselves with all these immigrants and their way of thinking?

and honestly, i am against that and feel deep anger at what they are doing as it goes against what i stand for and how i think, i and many others i know want to preserve the old ways and bring many of the aspects of life in previous decades back into the present time.

i think many of these young radical ' new' thinkers, with new ways of thinking and doing things should be de-platformed.

You are no different than any other generation. Boomers for instance. They have been in positions of power.......politics, money, industry.........for so long they are used to being "in charge" and anyone who challenges that power or their self-perceived positions of authority in all things........(.as the next generation always does)......makes them (you) feel threatened. Before you complain.........look the the world around you. How did your generation do with what you had? Global warming. Wars. Mass killings of civilians. Profit over empathy. Hate for anyone who doesn't have snow white skin. Politicians that see immigrants, young people, new ways of thinking of how to fix what your generation left them in a shambles.......all as bad. Ideas to be shunned....stamped out......laughed at. But when when your generation had the chance........how great were your accomplishments??

And you overlook one thing............the generation you dislike for their outlandish ways or thinking and acting....was brought up by your generation.

A kid will reflect what his parents taught him or her later in life. And in most cases....didn't teach him is more accurate because of being poor parents....... your generation never taught their kids anything of value. Kids now graduate but can't even read. What do parents do? Blame the schools....not themselves. You can see what a gross lack of parenting does every time you go into a restaurant and kid is there running loose......acting like hell on wheels destroying everyone else's dining experience and all the kid's parents do is say over and over and over and over is........"honey you better stop that and come here and sit down and be quiet"..........but they never get off their butts todo anything to make their kid stop doing what he or she is doing. So who is at fault if the next generation is out of control.......in your opinion? The kids in that generation? Or their parents.......that are YOUR age.
