When you are by yourself, that is all you think about.
Open to others, becomes a totally different story. You can't alienate the few, that are some what near, if not close.
Yet I find most are not even open with themselves. And that is even sadder.
You can't be open to others, if you are not open with yourself.
Know yourself, becomes key in everyone.
This applies to far more than just feelings. Your own body must be inclusive as well as its limitations.
